The area located in the centre of the village offers five log houses, each of which consists of two independent and fully equipped apartments. The houses are suitable for accommodating families with children, tourists, outdoor schools, sports camps, and school trips.
The restaurant called “Popular” makes a part of the Apartments Stará Bystrica resort. It is the right place for spending some nice moments in the company of your friends as well as for organizing family celebrations, corporate meetings, and weddings.
The information on the municipality of Stará Bystrica and its surroundings is available at the Tourist Information Centre just under the Astronomical Clock. Except for getting information, you can choose some souvenirs and see the current exhibition of paintings, photographs, and other works of art. A stylish café is a part of the centre as well.
